As someone with constant chronic pain all over my body and, I need help.  Papa & Barkley Balm is my go-to product when pain medication doesn't alleviate my pain somewhat, which is most of the time.  I highly recommend this product!

This is one of the only pain relief products I’ve found that isn’t just bullshit. Even my grandmother uses Papa and Barkley now. 

I have major issues with spinal pain.  This affects all aspects of my daily life.  Papa & Barkley 1:3 balm is a miracle topical.  It absolutely provides the most consistent pain relief in a topica.  I work in tech, so an altered mind state does not really work for me, however, this balm will not impact your brain at all… except to let you know your pain is significantly lowered.  Ps. I also love the 1:3 pain patches.  Very effective pain mitigation in a very easy to use format.

I like this product.  I use it on my temples and back of neck for headaches.  It helps some and it has a really nice lavender smell.  A little does go a long way .  I didn't give it 5 stars because of the price.  

Great for joint and sore muscles. Gives hours of relief.

I'm a massage therapist and use the 1:3 THC rich balm on my clients for pain relief before I work on their most painful areas. They love it and they notice the difference from initial palpation to palpation 15 minutes later.

On the recommendation of my Shoulder Dr. I tried the 3 to 1. What relief to not need steroid injections any longer.

Helps with aches/pains for muscles and sore body 

I have been using this product for nerve pain and it really helps make a dent in relieving the pain

I have fibromyalgia and I just had 2 back surgeries.  This balm really helps with the pain and stiffness

Arthritis flares when I sit in a hard chair, am on an x-ray table and the Papa Barkley's has aided greatly to pain relief. Nothing else like it.

PROS: A really great topical balm for light muscle soreness. Also a go to for itchy little bug bites. A regular staple in the medicine cabinet.
CONS: Possible con is the smell. It's not a weed smell, but a serious eucalyptus smell. See if you can take a whiff of a sample before buying.

OMG... words fail me.  I'm a 65 yo female.  I have had debilitating back pain for years.  The most recent flare up sent me to bed for the last three weeks. I've been taking ibuprofen just to stand up. I decided to try Papa and Barkley Releaf on the recommendation of a friend.  It has been like a magic elixir.  My muscle spasms are completely gone. COMPLETELY GONE! I can stand up without pain.  I keep saying out loud to my family... "I can't believe this..."  This is the second day I've been using it and I woke up feeling a bit stiff. I usually wake up and cannot stand up straight.  I rubbed it into my back and within minutes, the stiffness is gone.  I'm standing straight up without pain.  Wow...just wow....  What a relief Releaf is!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Not 100% pain free, but makes an impact to help soothe auto immune pain all over my body. Highly recommended. 

Easy application ointment, works quickly and targets back and hip pain

Smells nice. I've heard it helps with muscle strains. It doesn't really help with tennis/golfer's elbow. 

A little smelly. But it does help with neck pain. Helps me get to sleep if I’m feeling tightness in neck. Also helps with arthritis in my hands. 

The product works really well for muscle pain in my back. Relief is almost immediate, but only lasts from 30-60 mins. The container is small and goes quickly. I would give this a 5 if it weren’t for those two issues.
