Honestly a night and day difference.  Worth it, but keep it clean.

I do like the og peak and I'm sure the pro is even better especially with attachments but I haven't gotten there yet and still haven't found that sweet spot with them like my enail 

Game changer for me!!! I’m living with chronic pain and concentrates aid me the most for pain. Puffco is easy to load and easy to use and clean. Would recommend this for anyone who needs to alleviate pain, “If the(sometimes) cough to get off,”
isn’t too painful. 

This thing is amazing so smooth and tasty and easy to use no torch or guessing if ur nail is too hot I love it!!!

Been wanting to get one for awhile and finally committed to it. Love it. Keep up on cleaning and you won't have a problem.

cleaning this device is the only issue i have had with it. aside from that, this is an amazing tool, with smooth hits from low temp and low irritation. highly recommended.

  I recently purchased the Puffco Peak along with the Vireo line of extracts and let me just say FINALLY! I have finally found a winning combo that tackles my symptoms and provides immediate and long-lasting relief.  Now, like anyone else, the price tag on the Peak had me sweating initially, but I assure you all, this thing is worth the money.  Not only that, but you need such a small amount of oil to get relief, and so you're going to be saving money in the long run; your vape pens will soon be collecting dust.

     The Peak comes in a compact, heavy-duty Styrofoam carrying case and includes everything you'll need to start vaping/dabbing.  It took roughly 90 minutes to fully charge out of the box and after reading the simple instruction booklet, I had it up and running in no time.  This device is intuitive, sleek, classy, and most importantly: effective and incredibley user-friendly and easy to use.  I highly recommend the Puffco Peak. 

It is a great product when it works. Unfortunately I've only had it for 3 months and have had to send it in twice for repairs. Customer service isnt great.  Everything is done throu email they take a few days to respond and most of the time it feels like they're giving you the run around. It took almost 3 weeks the first time to get my puffco back from the first email sent til I received it back in my hands.   
Overall if the product was more reliable and the price wasnt so steep then it would get a 5/5.  Due to the lack of reliability,poor customer service, and the high price is why it got a 3/5
