This is good for muscle aches, back pain, arthritis and muscle cramps or spasms. A dab on the forehead and temples is relaxing. Sounds like a snake oil sales pitch but it isn't.
I often get pain associated with spinal stenosis of my lumbar spine and am reluctant to increase the number of pain pills that I take. So I use this product to rub into the skin over the affected joint. It is almost magical - how well it works. There are no psychoactive effects - I don't have to worry about driving if I've used the product - so it meets my needs. Note: It doesn't take away ALL the pain, nor does it work significantly in ALL situations. But it's significantly better than any other topical I've used to relieve MORE pain in MORE situations.
Product always exceeds my expectations.
